These Fixed type Fire Rated fittings are certified for 30-60-90 minutes and it complies fully with Part B Fire Safety Regulation and UK Building Regulations (BS 476 Part 21 & 22:1997).
Do not use in conjunction with a fire hood, sole use of this product ensures your product complies with Building Regulations without the use of additional protection.
This unit is also Part E Acoustic rated to Maintain the integrity of the sound insulation between the internal floors.

Warranty
All Astute Lighting Products come with a 3 Year manufacturer’s warranty (unless otherwise stated). Any product which has been discontinued but is still under warranty will be replaced with the nearest item. Items within the clearance section will have no warranty provided.
Returns
Products purchased at full retail price may be returned for refund within 14 days of receipt. Sale products or items that involve a reduction in price from the normal retail price must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Faulty products should be reported & returned as soon as possible. ANY ITEMS WHICH EXCEED THE 14 DAY PERIOD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.
