We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, please read our Return Policy.

Return Period
Merchandise purchased at full retail price may be returned for refund within 14 days of receipt. Sale merchandise or items that involve a reduction in price from the normal retail price must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Faulty merchandise should be returned as soon as possible.

How to Return your Item
Returning Items by Post
Please follow the instructions on the return form sent with your order. We will not be able to accept a return without an authorisation code. Until we receive your returned item, the item remains your responsibility. We advise you to use Royal Mail Registered Post or Special Delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit during their return to us.

Item Condition
Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn and with no marks or damage). Items should be returned in their original packaging with all tags still intact.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and we will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Refunds on returned items which are not faulty will not include the original delivery charge or the cost of returning the item. Returned items which are accepted by Astute Lighting as faulty will be refunded in full, including the original delivery charge.


In addition to our return policy, under Distance Selling Regulations, customers have a cooling off period of seven working days (starting from when the goods are received) to cancel their order. We will provide a full refund once the cancelled item is returned to us in accordance with the step process provided on the return form dispatched with your order.
