You will receive an email to confirm your parcel is on its way. Delivery times apply to orders placed Monday to Thursday. Orders made from Friday - Sunday will be processed on Monday from which the delivery times will apply.

Return Period

Merchandise purchased at full retail price may be returned for refund within 14 days of receipt. Sale merchandise or items that involve a reduction in price from the normal retail price must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Faulty merchandise should be returned as soon as possible. ANY ITEMS WHICH EXCEED THE 14 DAY PERIOD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.

 

How to return your item

Please call 01254 695914 or write to us at info@astutelighting.co.uk to notify us of your return. Please provide your Order No. if you are writing to us. Until we receive your returned item, the item remains your responsibility. We advise you to use Royal Mail Registered Post or Special Delivery. We will NOT be reimbursing the cost of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit during their return to us.

 

Item condition

Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn and with no marks or damage). Items should be returned in their original packaging with all tags still intact.

 

Returns on good within 14 days

Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and we will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Refunds on returned items which are NOT FAULTY GOODS will have the cost of original delivery DEDUCTED. The cost of return will NOT be reimbursed to the customer.Returned items which are accepted by Astute Lighting as FAULTY GOODS will be accepted for a FULL refund. The cost of return WILL be reimbursed to the customer. If you receive FAULTY GOODS, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item by calling 01254 695914 or writing to us at info@astutelighting.co.uk or the item will be deemed as NOT FAULTY GOODS.

 

Returns on warranted goods

Astute Lighting will NOT reimburse the cost of return postage on goods under warranty. If the item is deemed FAULTY under warranty and a replacement is to be sent out, the cost of postage for the replacement item will be at the cost of the customer. Please Note: ALL VARIATIONS OF THE EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK COME WITH A 2 YEAR WARRANTY ONLY In addition to our return policy, under Distance Selling Regulations, customers have a cooling off period of seven working days (starting from when the goods are received) to cancel their order. We will provide a full refund once the cancelled item is returned to us in accordance to our policy.

All of our products come with a standard 1 year warranty - IF NOT REGISTERED.

Our Warranty is extended to 3 years - IF REGISTERED (unless otherwise stated). If you wish to extend your warranty on one of our products, Please see our warranties page for more info. Please ensure to fill in & submit the warranty form. Which will register your products warranty with ourselves for an extended 3 years.

Any product which has been discontinued but is still under warranty will be replaced with the nearest item. Items within the clearance section will have no warranty provided.
